Format

The Annual General Meeting of the Ulster Reform Club Members will be held in the Antrim room at 1pm for the purpose of:

• To receive the Report of the Management Committee.
• To receive the Statement of Accounts and the Report of the Auditors thereon.
• To appoint Officers for the ensuing year.
• To fill vacancies on the Management Committee.
• To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year.
• To decide upon any resolutions which may have been submitted in advance of the meeting.

Members are invited to stay after the meeting for a drink in the Members’ Bar and Lunch in the Dining Room.
