Robert has achieved the Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering.

This was a taxing course and, Robert was surprised (though nobody else was!) that he passed with flying colours! The Club felt it was appropriate to recognise Robert’s achievements, both in and out of the kitchen, with a bottle of Champagne which the President proudly presented this morning. Cheers Robert, hope you and Jackie enjoy your bubbles!!
