Ireland’s Call

Kyle

On Friday 28th August we had the great pleasure of welcoming, Irish rugby legend Mr Jack Kyle’s daughter, Mrs Justine Kyle-McGrath along with BBC Correspondent, Mr Stephen Walker to the Club for lunch.

The official purpose of the visit was to launch our Jack Kyle Memorial Lecture Luncheon, which will be held on Tuesday 24th November 2015 to mark the first anniversary of his death. Writer and broadcaster, Mr Stephen Walker will deliver the Lecture, he will talk about his latest book; Ireland’s Call: Irish Sporting Heroes who fell in the Great War.

While they were here, they did us the honour of drawing our first winner of this season’s, Premium Ulster Rugby Tickets, Mrs Naomi Patrick- we hope you (and Ulster!) have a great night. This has been a very successful initiative and we look forward to having a wide and varied collection of winners throughout the season- If you’re not in you can’t win!
