Deborah Galloway

Deborah joined the team in November 2020.

Deborah has worked in hospitality for 30 years – both in hotels and other facilities such as Titanic Belfast where she was responsible for the C&B Operations. More recently she was part of the opening team for the new Hastings Grand Central Hotel and has vast customer service and hospitality experience.

Deborah will oversee all Club Events and deputise for the General Manager in their absence.

Robert Fulton

Head Chef


Robert has worked in the catering industry for 30+ years, including O’Hara’s Royal Hotel, Crawfordsburn Inn and Marine Court Hotel. He has been with the Club since 2004, promoted to Head Chef in 2012.

He has won 2 gold medals; Belfast 1994 Salon Culinaire and, in Galway in 1996, the West of Ireland International

Imran Altaf

Food & Beverage Manager

Imran joined the club in March of 2023 having working in numerous prestigious establishments in Northern Ireland and Northern Europe. Imran brings a wealth of Food & Beverage experience to the Club and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bar, Dining Room and Events.

Having been Head Waiter Maggie has recently been promoted to Catering Manager, with the specific responsibility supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operational delivery of the Bar, Dining Room & Events.

Alannah Ritchie

Member Relations Manager

Alannah joined the Club as Member Relations Manager in March 2024. Having completed a degree in International Hospitality Management at Ulster University in 2021, which included a placement year in Spain, Alannah has since worked in a few venues in Northern Ireland whilst also running her own Make-Up business since 2017.

Alannah is looking forward to bringing her fresh perspective and experience on social media and marketing to the Club to help grow the membership and Club profile. In her spare time Alannah enjoys travelling and has recently returned from a trip to Colombia.
